Nappy Queen Tiny Royals are a AA Grade disposable nappy created by a wholly Australian-owned company. Our product tests have shown that mothers love the way Tiny Royals work. So do we. In fact, we're so proud of our product, we're prepared to put our money where our mouth is and offer a 30-Day Money-Back Warranty.
If you're not happy with the results from your Nappy Queen Tiny Royals - which are manufactured to ISO9002 standards - just let us know. And we'll refund the purchase price.

If you order the wrong size by mistake.
We understand that in this busy world we live in, mistakes can be made. As a result, we are happy to exchange your purchase for the correct size for a small restocking fee. Please contact admin@nappyqueen.com.au. We will not, however, offer a refund.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Charges
Nappy Queen (Aust) Ltd will always refund postage and handling charges if we have mistakenly supplied you with the incorrect size nappy. Please retain your invoice to prove that this has, indeed, been the case.

Items that are not returnable/refundable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on the following conditions:

• You have simply changed your mind or no longer want the goods or service.
• You realise you cannot afford our goods or service.
• You have used the goods prior to return.
• You are responsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase.
• If you choose the wrong size by mistake, we will be happy to exchange for the correct sizing. However, we will not offer a refund in place of exchange.
