Nappy Queen (Aust) Ltd Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will send your goods via Australia e-post within one (1) – four (4) working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

How do I know I'll receive my order safely and on time?

Because we only use Australia e-Post. We can arrange delivery to any address that you so nominate.
Quite apart from their excellent reputation for timeliness, they require a signature upon delivery. If no-one's home, they'll leave a collection card in your letterbox. You'll then be able to collect your order from your local post office at a time that suits you best.
