Q. How did Nappy Queen Tiny Royals rate in those tests?

 Q. How do I know I'll receive my order safely and on time?
A: Because we only use Australia Post e Parcel.

Quite apart from their excellent reputation for timeliness, they require a signature upon delivery. If no-one's home, they'll leave a collection card in your letterbox. You'll then be able to collect your order from your local post office at a time that suits you best. To ensure that deliveries are timed to suit you, you will be asked what time you would prefer your order - both online and via the 1800 number - to be delivered to your chosen address. We can even arrange delivery of your nappies to another location if you cannot get to an Australia Post outlet during business hours.

 Q. How many nappies are there in Tiny Royals packs?
A: Research showed us that most parents are comfortable with receiving about one month's supply at a time. So, each carton of Tiny Royals contains about 5 packs of your chosen nappy size. Here's how it works:

Q. What are Tiny Royals nappies made from?
A: Only the best will do for Nappy Queen ... and it shows!

1. Our mega-absorbent polymer layer absorbs liquid quickly and keeps it away from tender skin. Tests we've done indicate that our nappies may absorb up to twice as much moisture than most other nappies.
2. Cutting-edge technology means our outer covering breathes like a fabric. Our in-home tests indicate that this not only keeps your baby comfortable, but also helps reduce nappy rash signicantly. What's more, because it's waterproof, your precious furniture is kept safe too.
3. Because our nappies have triple-protection leg guards, you can be confident that any moisture (and anything else!) will stay in the nappy where it's supposed to be, rather than escaping outwards.
4. Thanks to our specially-designed stretch waistband, Nappy Queen Tiny Royals will adjust to your baby's shape as it changes - keeping it supremely comfortable.
5. Our resealable tabs are wider than other brands. This makes them the perfect size for easy use by nappy changers, but too big for little fingers to pull off by themselves.
6. We use renewable fibres from specially-grown plantations.
7. No latex has been used in the manufacture of our nappies.
8. We do not use chlorine, but the more eco-friendly hydrogen peroxide (this basically means oxygen and water).

Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A: You could receive your order within 24 hours if you live in SE Queensland. If you live further away, it shouldn't take any longer than four days to arrive at your door.

Q. Why do you use weight as a guide for sizing and not age?
A: It's not just Nappy Queen Tiny Royals that are unique. So is your child. Research has also shown that comfort and fit may vary from child to child, depending upon shape. That's why our weight range guide shows a slight overlap between each of the sizes and we've made sure our nappies 'grow' with your baby.
In other words, we've done everything we can to keep your baby comfortable day in and day out.

 Q. Why have you made your nappies unisex?
A: Before we launched Nappy Queen Tiny Royals, we did a lot of research. We also asked mums and dads what they thought of the result. After a whole lot of trials, during which we listened carefully to what parents had to say, we improved the design we already had even further. Perhaps that's why we're now the only AA Grade nappy in Australia.
One of the surprising things to come out of the research and trials was that people wanted unisex nappies. It made choice easier. It didn't clash with or show through the clothes they were wearing. It meant they could use the same nappy for siblings, no matter what their sex.

Q. Can I buy Nappy Queen Tiny Royal nappies anywhere else?
