About Us The Nappy Queen Story
Ann Stewart is a mother of four. Her children grew up and, much to her delight, started having children of their own. What wasn't so much fun was watching the already substantial cost of raising a child become scarily high.
"For so many parents, especially those who work full time, disposable nappies are a godsend," said Ann. The problem is ... the good ones were just so expensive! "And I was staggered to see that if parents bought a cheaper nappy because they were on a tight budget, they had to sacrifice quality - sometimes substantially," she said.
Already an entrepreneur who's created a chain of fashion stores and given back to the community by teaching skills to Aborigines in the outback, Ann decided that she was going to see if there was anything she could do to help people just like her daughters-in-law.
"I wanted to find a product that gave the dependability of quality, but was still economical enough for the average parent to be able to afford," Ms Stewart said.
Ann Stewart ended up having to create it herself. And what she's created with the help of a large team is amazing. In fact, it's so good it has the rating of a AA Grade nappy. And, because it's sold online, she's able to pass substantial cost savings on to her purchasers.
When asked why she'd decided to sell her new creation online, her answer was simple.
"I look at my daughters-in-law and see how challenging their lives can be. Anything that can help them save time and money has to be good," she said.
Nappy Queen Tiny Royal nappies, Royal Pantz and Royal Wipes will soon be available in Australia. There is every reason to expect that New Zealand, the United Kingdom and other parts of the European Union will soon be part of the fold.
